The area of Kaptai Upazila is 255 sq km. The geographical location of Kaptai upazila under Rangamati Hill District of Chittagong division is between 22 ° 21 'to 22 ° 35' north latitudes and 92 ° 5 to 92 ° 18 'east longitude.
